The film "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge" is one of the most earning films in India cinema.
The film has one of the mostly celebrated pair on Hindi scree: Shahrukh Khan and Kajole, as hero and heroine. The story is an ordinary love story, involving two types of Indian families. One family believes in tradition type of marriages, the arranged marriages. Where as the hero comes from the modern family, believing in refined idea of love marriages.
