The man whose name is Arnold Schwarzenegger has many designations. He is an actor; he is a sports person; he is a body builder; he is a model, he is a businessman; he is a politician; he is a statesman; he is popular leader; and what not. But presently he is serving as thirtieth governor of California, USA.

Arnold Schwarzenegger : His Career

Born in Austria, in a family of police chief, Schwarzenegger has also served in Austrian army for a period (1965). When he arrived in USA in 1968 he had full of hope and difficulty in pronouncing English properly. But he made his way through all the boulders he met on the way.

When he get the title of Mr. Universe, it resulted in a ticket to USA. He landed on the land of opportunities, America, in the year of 1966. "Naturally, when I came to this country, my accent was very bad, and my accent was also very strong, which was an obstacle as I began to pursue acting." : this was what he said while landing in USA. But here he would carve his career as and artist and as a politician. His first break up was his gaining the title of Mr. Olympia in New York in the year 1970. He was only 23 when he got this title.

Arnold Schwarzenegger : His Career in Hollywood

Arnold switch over from the body building career to the film career happened when he got an important role in the film Hercules in New York. His career was in full bloom in 1980s and 1990s. Conan the Barbarian and Conan the Destroyer made him the famous among the young viewers. But his biggest fame was waiting for him. There came the film The Terminator. It was incredibly successful film for Arnold. This film has its three incarnations; and in all of them Arnold did extremely well. After that his career graph remained statically upward. His name was written in the list of front-line starts of Hollywood.

Arnold Schwarzenegger : His Career in Politics

In politics Arnold career graph has remained always northward, always going upward. he is the man who became governor of California and had decided not to draw the salary from the government.
